Letter On Courage

Courage may look like a marathon race to one and to another it could be lifting an arm. Courage does not require a specific act to gain it. Instead courage is the realization and acceptance of your path plus the fears and inhibitions that you're facing and having the capacity to face those fears and inhibitions.

Therefore, it would be wise of you let go of comparing yourself to others; to let go of the idea that you need to do what 'they' are doing to be courageous. You may have the same goals, but the same goal can be accomplished in a multitude of ways so you don't have to attach yourself to a specific solution.
